Psychotherapy in Bucharest - Dave is running two psychotherapy groups in Bucharest.

The groups in Bucharest are closed groups meeting 3 times a year for two days. (there is currently one space available for the group which meets on a Tuesday and Wednesday). If you are wanting to join a group please contact Dave directly.

Training in Bucharest - 2011

  • TA 101 course: September 26 / 27th

Three TA training and supervision groups.  Each group will meet normally meet over two days 8 times a year.

1) Foundation TA training course - 2 days - 9.30 – 6pm

  • All trainees post 101 - For those with less than 200 hours of training.

  • There will be two Foundation groups running in 2011

2) Advanced TA training group – 2 days – 9.30 – 6pm

  • For those with more than 200 hours of training - including those planning to take the CTA examination

Topics for the training:

  • Our commitment is that over the course of 5 years the training programme will cover all the requirements needed to take the CTA examination.
  • When trainees sign up to the programme they will be asked to provide a summary of the topics they would like to be covered in the training they are about to engage in…
  • The training topics for the programme will then be drawn up by the trainers taking into account the requests of the trainees.

Number of Participants / fees / commitment: 

  1. Maximum of 20 participants. (except for the 101 course)
  2. Minimum  - If less than 10 each participant must agree to pay more per day.
  3. Fees:
    •  €50 / day when over 10 participants.
    • An additional €10 per participant for each person less than 10 attending the group.
  4. Commitment:
    • Each participant to commit to a full year of training from the date they join the group.
    • Fees are for membership of the group – not for attendance therefore on acceptance into the group the fee for the whole year becomes payable.
    • For 2011 a deposit will be paid in advance of starting the group of a minimum of €100
    • Then each group the minimum of €100 will be paid… meaning the last group of the year will have been paid for by the deposit.

Dave Spenceley TSTA  NLP Pract.  Course director.

Founder of the Yorkshire Training Centre, Dave is a TA psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor, in private practice, with 33 years experience in the helping professions. Dave has international experience working in England, Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Holland, Serbia, and Greece.

Uta Hφhl TSTA: Uta is an experienced TA trainer and supervisor responsible for a successful TA training programme in Nuremberg, Germany as well as regularly offering TA workshops in Prague and England. Qualified in the TA field of counselling – Coaching and team development and conflict resolution. Also qualified as a psychotherapist in Germany.

Birgitta Heillerr TSTA, who has been training in Bucharest since 2003.

1) TA 101 course planned for December or January - facilitated by Ioana Duma. (Dave Spenceley will also be present for this workshop)

2) TA Foundation Course - Commencing March 2011 with 5 further modules during 2011 - there are 8 modules planned for 2008   The lead trainers will be John and Lis Heath with Dave being present for two of the groups each year.

  • All trainees post 101 - For those with less than 200 hours of training.

  • There will be two Foundation groups running in 2011

3) Advanced TA Training Group - The lead trainers will be John and Lis Heath with Dave being present for two of the groups each year.

  • This group is for all with more than 200 hours of training - including those preparing for their examinations.... YTC is aware of the need to facilitate trainees in their psychotherapy practice and in preparation for their TA examinations and qualification ... this will be the emphasis of this group.
Supervision: Dave and the other trainers can offer regular supervision for individuals using skype.
